Audi RS3 in for a remap gaining 56bhp increasing the output to 450bhp. Thank God for Quattro!!

The Toyota Proace, Citroen Dispatch, Fiat Scudo & Peugeot Expert are all the same vehicle with different badges. We have completed the development for these vehicles and remaps are now available to add 30 bhp at peak output and 40bhp at 4000rpm.

A nice little Fiesta came in for a dyno set up after it had a decat exhaust fitted. It gained 12bhp over standard which may not sound huge but for a normally aspirated 1.25L car that equates to a 15% gain!

Another Skoda Fabia 1.6 TDI 105 transformed by a BHP UK remap, gaining 43bhp and 72nm of torque.

Another F Chassis BMW 530D had its potential unlocked today by a BHP UK remap, gaining 54HP & 105 NM of Torque

A 2013 2.3 Multijet Fiat Ducato came in today with DPF and EGR problems. It was excessively white smoking and in limp mode. Once we completed both the DPF and EGR fix the Fiat was out of limp mode and no longer smoking excessively.

We seem to have had a rush on blue 4 series BMWs this week, a 420D and a 435D. The 420D gained 51 bhp and 68 nm, while the 435D gained 65bhp and 125nm.

This Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI 140 HP came to us in limp mode and with the engine management light on. After running a quick diagnostic check we found that both the EGR and the DPF were causing these issues. So we applied a EGR fix, DPF fix and a remap as the customer also wanted to release some extra power from the car . After the remap this car gained 36HP and 106 NM of torque

The VAG 1.6 TDI is a very popular engine for remapping. This is because the 1.6 TDI engine is found in the entire Volkswagen Audi family this inculdes Skoda and Seat as well. These come with standard power outputs of 75 HP, 90 HP and 103 HP. All these engines remap to 145 HP and to 315 NM of torque. We can program these engines via the OBD port. We are currently running a speical offer on these at a price of £299.00. This Vauxhall Corsa 1.3 CDTI has done the rounds, trying to have its EGR fault cured, which had been caused by a bodged EGR deletion. One trip to BHP UK and we have successfully fixed the EGR issue and rectified the EGR deletion software, it now has no warning lights and runs perfectly.

Add 36 BHP to your Fiat 124 Spider with a BHP UK remap, this gives it the same power output as the Abarth.
