Bia Brews Description
We are Manchester's first small batch, craft kombucha brewer and we are proud of it. We are fully fledged kombucha (booch for short! ) junkies and love brewing it almost as much as we love drinking it.
We got to a point where we were brewing more than we could handle ourselves and so started handing out the extra to friends and family. Before we knew it the demand from them was so high we barely had enough to get our own hit! With this support we decided to see if there might be others out there who would enjoy the booch we brew and that, dear reader, is the point in our tale at which you join us. . .
We have sipped and sampled booch from all over the World, from New York to New Zealand, and have blended all the best bits into the booch we brew. Expect low sweetness, subtle and light tea notes with punchy and fruity flavours coming to the fore.
