Brilliant friendly service. Went in on a Sunday afternoon walked out with the perfect bike tailored for me. Tested 6 bikes out on the road. So helpful without being patronising to a novice like me. Would definitely recommend.

Good customer service and a job well done, however £25 to fit a rear mech (one bolt) and then £17.50 to set up is a little bit steep. Good job but be assured it comes at a price similar to servicing your car!! Will I go back.........maybe??
Update - Paul the owner contacted me regarding the above feedback (originally 3 stars) to speak about my concerns, a really nice personal touch and shows how much he cares about his customers.
He confirmed I had been wrongly charged for some of the work and has rectified that - a genuine mistake.
So, a job really well done (at the last minute because I'm disorganised!), to a very high standard and now a price to match, will I go back......definitely! Thanks Paul and all the staff at Bicycle Chain

I got a bike on cyclescheme from the bridgwater store yesterday and the staff member was really helpful and helped me choose evrything i needed. i never knew they were there but will definitley be going there every time i need something from now on.
