Bicycle Links

Independent bike shop in Norwich with a busy repairs workshop and sales of secondhand, new and e-bikes. We are also a social enterprise, running projects to support the community and encourage cycling.

Bicycle Links was established in 2012 to bring to Norwich a community-focused bicycle recycling project, a concept to be found in most large towns and cities in England and Scotland. We are registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) which means that any profits are re-invested to increase our impact and further cycle promotion.

At the heart of our project are three aims:
-to give unemployed and disadvantaged people skills and workshop experience;
-to refurbish unwanted bikes putting them back into use, thereby preventing them entering the waste stream;
-to encourage cycling as a sustainable means of transport.

We provide a growing range of services to the cycling community, including:
- refurbished secondhand bikes;
- new bicycles (including Cycle to Work Scheme);
- excellent repairs with a quick turn-around time;
- a bicycle hire fleet.

In addition, we empower the community with the skills to continue cycling through maintenance classes and weekly group rides (summer only) around the city to inspire riding confidence and enjoyment.
