All friends of Bric are looking forward to the family funday. There are a couple of spaces left if you would like to get involved. Activities and entertainment for everyone.
Sadly the bric centre closed it's doors today due to lack of funding. The project has been a huge success in the community and we celebrate this and thank everyone who has supported us over the years. A massive thank you to all the volunteers and friends of the group. There is a Friends of Bric page on facebook - please give this a like and share. The funday continues on Saturday 30th July and is organised by Friends of Bric. Please support this event if you can. Once again a huge heartfelt thank you .
A huge thank you to Liberty Gas for donating a fantastic £500 to Biddulph Resource and Information Centre (BRIC) - a community resource supported by Your Moorlands. Liberty Gas made the donation as part of their CSR commitment to investing in our communities.
BRIC operate an advice service and community café which provides a home meal delivery service to over 40 vulnerable local residents per day, and the donation from Liberty will support the continuation of this work.
Well done to the kitchen/cafe staff and volunteers. Yet again another 5 star rating after the unexpected inspection yesterday.
Urgent Request Is there anyone who as a heated hostess trolley, that they would consider donating to us (or at a reasonable cost). Thank You
