A reminder that there will not be a 7.15pm group run tomorrow because of the AGM. Those who usually run at this time are welcome to join the 6pm run. We would like to encourage all members to attend the AGM if you’re able, this is your chance to have your say, make suggestions or discuss any issues so please do come along. Also the bar will be open 😀

Hello members. We have made the decision to cancel tonight’s 6pm and 7.15pm running groups and training sessions for adults and juniors. It’s simply too icy and slippery and we care about you and your safety. The bar will be open as usual at 7pm. Shall we all meet there for a drink instead?

Running has never been more popular and it’s easy to see why. It’s a brilliant way to stay healthy and is a great way to push yourself beyond what you thought was possible.
To help you keep on track with your running goals and to get you marathon ready if this is your goal; DW Fitness First has put together a list of what you’ll be up against and how to best tackle any issues you’ll face while training or during the big day. https://www.dwfitnessfirst.com/…/the-6- most-common-problem…/
