Working with teams in development organisations facing real challenges, I help them improve performance through coaching, training, team development, psychometrics (including MBTI, FIRO-B and Belbin), and mediation. I lead evaluation missions in developing countries and facilitate conferences for NGOs. Recent accomplishments: Led DFID evaluation mission to South Sudan. Designed and delivered training programmes for FAO in Rome, Ankara and Nairobi to support the introduction of performance management system. Other international experience: Led NGO working in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Business development in Papua New Guinea. Consultancy in Bangladesh, Egypt, Thailand, Southern Sudan, Kenya and Uganda. Clients include: FCO, Amnesty International, Save the Children, Windle Trust International, DFID and World Bank. Work with all cultures, creating an engaging and enjoyable forum in which everyone is fully involved. As a TV and film music composer and performer, have developed innovative programmes using music and drama to create a fun, energetic and successful learning environment.
