Went of Father’s Day table was ready bang on time,

Never eaten at this big easy before but to us the experience was better thank the convent garden restaurant , food was great and came fairly quickly but they did mess up on the drinks on every occasion but when the bill came the waitress took them off without asking because of the cock up

Had a great Father’s Day lunch 🙂

Was in London Saturday 7th July, England v Sweden and decided to watch it there as I was with my mum and didn’t want it too rowdy, staff were fantastic accomadating and super friendly, really good atmosphere all round with the added bonus of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 going through to semis!

The food was great we had a lovely lobster meal the whole meal was delicious the atmosphere was great the staff were friendly & always checked to make sure you were satisfied with your meal & services.. it was my Mother's 60th we didn't say anything to the staff but they did notice the 60th badge she had on the front of her jacket & to her & our surprise they came after we finished our meal & sang Happy Birthday to her & handed her a really cute bowl of ice cream with a little candle in it for her to blow out.. all in all we had a lovely time there & are planning to go back again for a evening out.. I would like to say a special Thank you to staff members Magdalena & Davide for all the great services they provided.

Great food, great atmosphere, great night! Only feedback would be that the drinks seemed watered down other then that would recommend for a nice meal!

Fantastic place to eat. Go for the boozy brunch. Service was awesome. The waiter from Naples could not do anymore for us. So attentive. Don't eat all day. As the food kept on coming. Only thing to say bad was I forgot to order more Texas link sausages. So more on me and not then. Awesome awesome awesome.

After an initial hiccup over table availability (17:30, packed!) they moved mountains to fit all five of us in, and the waiting staff were exemplary. With this type of restaurant, if you want to have a really good time, you will have one! A (very slight) order mistake was made...and a free margarita instantly materialised! All in all, fantastic...and again, the perfect, charming, attentive (funny) waitress. Go there to have a good time!

Really enjoyed our meal. The table was a tight sqeeze as there is not much room down stairs. Domenico was so helpful and was quick in getting us drinks and our food. The staff don't have much room to walk around with huge trays and it gets very hot inside but they all seemed to be smiling and happy to help. All in all a good experience.

Place was buzzing very busy sat downstairs little bit hot !waiter very attentive food came quick and hot only thing that let them down for 5stars was forgot grandsons ice cream but that was only thing he did get it just a little late �

Lovely place and atmosphere felt really welcomed and the staff were fantastic, food and drinks were served really quick and tasted great.

Lovely food, good wine, good service, live music wasn't the best as we didn't even notice them playing or singing. Overall it's a good experience to have on one of the most popular streets in London - Kings Road.

Their special is a lobster which was fresh and yummy.

We also had a sharing platter to start, which was huge.

Great atmosphere , nice live music , delicious appetizers , the main are mediocre plus we waited for the main for over an hour which ridiculous . The dessert was also boring . But all in

all a great place to hang out with friends ....

This was my 4th time coming here. I've had such good experiences before which is why we decided to eat here again. However from the previous experiences I have to say the service has slipped. We had the steak & lobster Thursday deal. We had to ask for cutlery so they brought a regular knife and fork?? Not the usual steak knife needed. We then had to ask for lobster eating cutlery twice. We also had mash under our table they hadn't been cleaned up before us. The food was delicious as always but the service let it down and we had to pay £6 on top of our bill for survive charge? The toilets were also disgusting.Won't be in rush to go again.

Arrived 20 minutes early for our table on a Sunday night, was told to get a drink at the bar and that our table would be ready soon, we were soon forgotten and had to go back after waiting 30 minutes and then she hadn’t even got our table ready (was only a table for 2) after getting to our table we ordered quickly, food came soon enough but once it was on the table we didn’t see another waitress or waiter until we had finished. No consideration for us to see if our food was ok or if we wanted another drink, and then to top it off they put on a 12.5% discretionary service charge!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever.

The four of us ordered starters which took an hour to come so we had to call the waiter over and he stood there and said “do you want me to check for you?” -No actually we want you to stand there like a lemon..

When the starters arrived they forgot one of them which was annoying.

The mains arrived, my boyfriend ordered a combo of lobster and steak but when all our food showed up they forgot his lobster. Didn’t come until half way through the meal.

My friend also received her steak cremated it was completely burnt literally black!

The macaroni cheese side dish tasted like feet I could swear the cheese was off.



When we spoke to the manager about everything after the meal he took it to offence and said “I’ve been working all day, I’m tired and you’re being very personal” when we didn’t say anything about him what so ever! If you can’t take criticism about your restaurant and too tired to do your job don’t be a manager! He wouldn’t take the macaroni cheese off the bill because we never mentioned it during the meal even though none of us could eat it.



Honestly the only nice thing were the chips.. Steaks and lobsters were very average.. oh and not forget we ordered cokes which were defiantly Pepsi, don’t appreciate being lied to!



Toilets were absolutely filthy and disgusting I dread to think what the kitchen looks like.



Service was terrible and they were rude.



It wasn’t only us, the couple next to us also order mains and chips on the side.. but obviously they forgot their sides too.



Just an awful experience.

Never again , potato skins were burnt and cold , steak fajitas were bland and cold wraps. Crab starter that had run out by 7.30pm on a Saturday night.



Don’t get my started on the bar man who was extremely rude, when asked questions he told us he had no time to help us and that we were wasting his time , and that we should read the menu even though he never gave us one.



I tried to speak to the lady on the front desk but she looked bored and uninterested.



And then there was the music that was so loud that you could not even relay your order to the waitress!!



Never again it was supposedly to be a birthday celebration but was totally ruined by the staff ������

Arrived and was seated and then ignored for over 15 minutes before asked for our drinks order. We ordered 2 sharing platters to start, only one arrived and had to re order the second after asking for it several times which then came after the first was finished and then the mains arrived while we were still eating it! We were 2 portions of chips short and by then my sons birthday felt like a let down. We didn’t bother with desert and left. Needless to say it is doubtful that we will return, how sad.
