About Big Love

The metaphor we use for Big Love is that it's an ever growing table. Imagine a long table, sat around it are all sorts of people: individuals, thinkers and doers, philanthropists and business leaders, the young and the old, the rich and the poor, families of all shapes and sizes, people with a faith and people with none. Every one sat at this table has a simple menu - to challenge the injustice of poverty, to care for the poorest and most vulnerable people, to love the widow and orphan, to value the displaced refugee and to gather around this table to seek to improve opportunities for those lacking that hope, to be a voice, a friend and advocate for those needing the most support and together do something about it. . . . As a charity we have delivered aid to the Ukraine border and supported Ukraine refugees fleeing with regular food support and warm clothes. We have pioneered barbering courses for children vulnerable to trafficking and exploitation in Romania and regularly make trips to evaluate our projects. We have helped provide safe places for children to be fed and educated and have supported disabled children in Moldova with summer events. We work in the UK delivering football & mentoring classes in secondary schools and are about to deliver self-esteem courses in the local drug and alcohol centre. This is Big Love. You're welcome to the table.
