Big Moe'S Diner

Was let down by Coppa Club over an Igloo reservation we had, so decided to go to Big Moe's Diner. Fabulous. It was my Birthday and I had a wonderful time. The waiters sang Happy Birthday and gave me ice cream and a cake with a huge firework style candle also two happy birthday balloons and a large happy birthday badge. The food was great and we all ate too much. The service was second to none. Will definitely go again. Would love next time, to dine in the big red Cadillac.

Just came back from there. Very tasty foods. Nice atmosphere. Went with my wife and little son. My son made mess a lot but the waitress cleaned twice. She speak very nice, helpful and was very friendly with my son. We had excellent service by the waitress (don’t know her name).

Recommend others to visit her. Thanks a lot.

Not one to give reviews to any restaurant, but had to give one here because of the rubbish service. Was surprised how for a Saturday afternoon it wasn't very busy. Was proven very quickly why. We ordered 4 milkshakes with our meal, only 2 came and when we asked about the other 2 (which were the same flavours) they said it's coming. Had to wait an extra 5 minutes before we spoke to someone who might have been a manager to go find out and then she came back and said they are making it now which meant they weren't even making it until we asked. There were far too many staff yet they were all walking around like they didn't know what they were doing and none of them were busy either they were just wandering. The food took too long to come and when it did a waitress just slammed all the cutlery on our table and walked away. The food was ok nothing more than what you would expect in a place like this. But the service really ruined our experience and exactly the reason why we won't be going back there since there are so many other similar restaurants around there. Also they added a 12.5% service charge on our bill and we felt compelled to pay for a very appalling service.

Went there today with family that had come from out of London for what was meant to be a nice family lunch, they could not accommodate us all on one table so we had two tables, we ordered our food separately but after about an hour one part of our family got their food and we were given our drinks and one starter platter, which had charred onion rings and potato skins

after waiting for so long patiently I decided to go and ask the manager where the rest of our starters and mains were only for him to come back and say that our order had been cancelled!! And he had the audacity to say one of us had cancelled it !! When in fact what we believe happened was that another dissatisfied family had walked out cancelling their order, the so called manager must have cancelled our order ,too at that point so after waiting for over an hour and half part of our party left without eating and they had the audacity to try and over charge us for what some of us had eaten and try to blame us for their mistake .



Totally ruined our day out and Big Moe’s has lost the level they used to be, service was disgusting, will never go back or recommend to anyone !
