Big Yellow Self Storage Edmonton

Great set up. Professional service. Confusing to get to but that's probably my fault...

I never thought of using Big yellow storage for my business, it was meant to be temporary storage for my stock and utilities, until I found better office space. However the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, even at times going out of their way to support and assist my business, and including excellent facilities that the site offers has made me changed my mind and use the Big Yellow storage for the long term.

An unnecessarily bureaucratic registration process combined with an archaic payment system made this a very frustrating and time consuming place to organise storage at. I'm also amazed that there is no signage or markings on the floor to dissuade people from backing right up to the doors and thus block access for everyone else. This, in particular, drives me to distraction!

It gets one star because the staff were very nice and it gets another for being clean.

As a manager of a removal company, I have been working closely with Darren and his team for many years.

There is not enough space here to say how helpful and professional he has always been in dealing with our storage requirements.

Darren always responds to our enquiries promptly and offers best deals, often upon short notice.

I cannot recommend him and Big Yellow storage highly enough.

Ok as all Big Yellow. But they charge for padlock (bring yours) and a plastic that you don't really need. Depending of what are you going to store.

Sadik explained the process simply and clearly and checked I had the correct size of storage space, I booked in online, turned up at the warehouse with my load and 10 minutes later was loading the pallet trucks and on my way to my storage room.
Excellent service and very pleasant staff, will definitely recommend.
