Big Yellow Self Storage Reading

Superb service. Everything clear and easy. Karl was extremely helpful and attentive. The store is great - very bright, and clean, and simple to use. And a nice big lift. I'm sorted!

I've been a customer with big yellow Reading for 3 years. the team is absolutely fantastic! I go to the storage 5 days a week, they looked after me very well, I feel like a second home. I've recommended it to some of my friends, and definitely will continue to do so.

Very friendly helpful staff. They went through the details thoroughly, explaining the process. They kept good contact and made the experience very easy.

Mittch and Craig, looked after me when I arrived offered me a tea and coffee before going through the paperwork - which was nice. They put me at ease straight away as this is all new to me. Everywhere is clean and tidy and everyone you meet are very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The Big Yellow in Reading have supplied us with space to store our charity donations whilst we arrange getting them sent to orphans and vulnerable children in Zimbabwe. They have been very helpful and accommodating and have allowed us to free up some space in our office, whilst also allowing us to accept more donations. Thank you!

Karl et al. were extremely helpful. For the size of room I used, they also appear to be the cheapest in Reading. No complaints so far.

Karl was very friendly and approachable, and on a hot day of moving house the offer of a cold drink was welcomed!! Easy to set up account,policies explained clearly, great discount rate applied, and Karl was very understanding when we wanted our room details passed on to our movers when they arrived to save us coming back. Clean facilities - easy to use and very secure.

took storage for 1 year last week. i was going to use competitors as they were coming £200 cheaper but i was amazed when Big Yellow not only price matched but gave me slightly bigger unit. service was great when i went to see the room size i was served by Ellie she showed me lots of different size rooms she was very friendly and spent time with me when i was deciding on the size. while i was doing the paperwork i had friendly chat with Ellie and Karl they also made me a tea which was nice . whole experience was great so 5 stars for service, price and the facility

avoid like a plague, on check out they don't return deposits, thieves,
they send me email that about hundred pounds will be refunded, but nothing has been refunded and they do not return my emails or phone calls

New Cross - Very good service to sign up, but I have been trying to close my storage for over 2 weeks and they just keep taking my money and are refusing to get in touch with me. I am now moving countries and I still can't close it. Appalling
