Most unhelpful, phoned up for some guidance on frame sizing but the owner wasnt interested in offering any "free" advice at all. When my wife, myself and our three children (who live around the corner) and are all keen cyclists need cycling equipment, clothing, upgrades or repairs we will be looking to go elsewhere for a friendly service. It isnt always about making immediate sales but forging local relationships.

A little hidden gem of a bike shop, ran by cycling enthusiasts. Nothing's too much trouble, friendly chat and honest advise, if your not sure what you need a quick 5 min chat will sort you out and not just to sell you the dearest just to make a profit.

it's a rare thing to find a local bike shop which is run with such passion for the sport. i travel 100+ miles roundtrip to these guys without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly if you are searching for the 'holy grail' of bike shops!
