Brilliant, friendly service. I arrived 2 minutes before closing time with a puncture and knackered tyre. This was on a Friday evening when I needed my bike urgently to get to Eynsham. The staff stayed late to fit my new tube and tyre and see me safely on my way - lifesaver!

Just purchased a lock for my ebike from bike zone, they were quick to recommend a gold rated d-lock with a sold secure gold insurance rating. I had no idea what i needed but when one of the guys asked if i was putting my bike on my house hold contents insurance he explained the "sold secure" rating system of locks. I was always worried about locking my ebike up but now feel safe i have the right lock and bike is insured. Great staff. Great shop. Will be back!

Went there to fix a flat tyre and they insisted on replacing my brakes for an additional 27 pounds. The breaks were in perfect working order but there was a minor dent on the mechanism. The guy said "I cannot let you go outside without fixing this, because there is a chance that at somepoint it is gonna get worse". I told him that it was too expensive for me, I would look it up, but I needed the tyre replaced first. He refused to do it without fixind the break as well for 27pounds more. I went to cycle king (for which I have heard mixed reviews) and they fixed both the tyre AND the break for 12pounds.

They have kept my wheels spinning for over 8 years, great service. Good knowledge & advice.
