Our app BikeOzone has a competitive grouping feature called BikeSquad exclusively between friends who can put money into a prize pool so that the person with the largest distance cycled at the end of the week will win the prize pool money. We've conducted some market analysis and discovered that our future users are concerned about their safety on London roads, and although we can't outright remove cars from the road, over time our campaign will become a movement which will dramatically reduce cars on the road and our users can begin to feel safe cycling. But for the time being, we are implementing machine learning modules to automate a routing feature which factors in hills, traffic and road conditions in order to provide our users with optimally safe, scenic or difficult routes depending on the type of user they are. Our third most important feature is a monthly subscription service called RentaBike which will allow the younger demographic of users to subscribe to the service in order to get a bike delivered to their home and be able to ride it for the month and make use of our application service.
