Great price, better service. The website was easy to use and a decent experience. Ordered the bike on Tuesday and it arrived yesterday. Was slightly nervous ordering a £900 bike on-line. Would definitely use again.

Bikes 24-7 seemed like a decent company... but I'm not sure how honest they are. I didn't find a great amount of reviews about their site and service and I assumed it was because they were a small business. I bought a bike from here after doing a ton of research & after a day I thought I would have received a delivery confirmation since they boast the 24 hour delivery service. I wasn't particularly bothered how long it'd take to arrive, I was just excited. However, after giving THEM a call I was told my bike had gone out of stock hours before I clicked order... the chap who I spoke to was eager to suggest an alternative but when I told him I was set on buying that particular bike and asked for a refund, his tone switched and he abruptly wrapped it up. So after reading other reviews with similar experiences, I concluded they may have a gimmick going on, selling some bikes on the site they clearly don't have in stock, boasting low low prices just so they can rope you in with your money in their pocket and get you to buy whatever they have available. I wasn't going to write this review but this ordeal was two days ago.. and I've just checked: my bike is STILL up on the site, apparently 'available'. This business appears to be a one man band, with one person handling everything from the orders to the picking up of the phones, and that too I find rather shifty.

UPDATE: Following my experience, I received a call from the man I spoke to, who apologised for being so abrupt. He then offered to send a police approved bike lock as a gesture of goodwill. He explained to me that they are a growing business and promised to take the bike off the site. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised as he made a real effort to rectify the situation and you don't see that very often in customer service. I wish this company well as they honestly do care and I hope they can learn from this so no one will experience what I did, thank you.

Great company ordered a Diamond Back Mountain bike and received it the following day. By far the cheapest price as well. Would use again
