Friendly service - Great bicycle.

As someone who runs a small business I really don't like giving poor reviews but the service I've experienced here is pretty poor. To condense it all down, made an internet for a product of nearly £400 (which on their website still indicates this very minute is in stock). Expected delivery 4-5 days later. Needless to say, 4-5 days later we have recieved no product, and even worse, no communication from Bikeseven at all.

I end up calling them and it turns out that they don't have any in stock, and haven't had any since around January. Not great service guys. I appreciate mistakes on websites happen, but a little e-mail would have been appreciated instead of me having to make a call 6 days later.

EDIT-since contacting about this they've been quite helpful, even going as far as trying to source the product from other suppliers and quickly issuing a refund.

A well stocked cycle shop attracting leisure and sports cyclists. Run by experienced cyclists and offer an in house repair and maintenance service.

Excellent bike shop brilliant mechanical knowledge, no job to small and always feel valued as a customer. Highly recommended.
