Superb service and excellent products from this bike shop. Having returned to cycling after over a thirty year absence in the hope it will help with my arthritis I've been hugely impressed by how helpful the team are here. I've returned a few times since buying my bike for adjustments, cleats, accessories etc., and on each occasion they've taken time and trouble in making sure everything is just right. Just purchased my new saracen trail and very pleased with the bike and the level of service which was second to none unlike the the total lack of interest shown in the other bike shops in town..Well done Bike Tart,keep up the good work,look forward to spending more of my money with you..

I am ashamed to say that it has taken me two weeks to thank Lesley, the owner of this exceptional bicycle shop because our ceiling collapsed the next day taking the main house support beam with it. I've been recovering ever since! I have never encountered such kindness from either her or her colleagues and I want to say that they are absolutely fabulous!!! She met me in the street late for a lecture that I was giving. She then pursued me in her car, gave me a lift to my destination and then suffered the immense inconvenience of my leaving my mobile in her car! I hope I am never so careless again. But her support, sweetness, thoughtfulness and kindness will always be treasured. Thank you Lesley for being SUCH a gem. You were kindness personified.

Went on a one day cycle maintenance course 24/09/16 great, I learnt all i needed to know and more. if you want to know how to look after your bike I would book now, save your self time, money, and your bike. Gab is very generous with his knowledge and can explain thing to you at your level, a great communicator. Oh yeh an absolute snip at only £65.00.
