Service was great and is why i will pop here first before going online. Was quick, knowledgable and felt cared for as a first time customer. Parts were fitted for me which helped a lot.

I had a whole groupset overhaul after it was stolen. The team were patient and allowed me to buy some of the parts to save money. The work was thorough and done in good time and the staff were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. A nice team of people. Would recommend!

Went in today, was told they couldn't book my bike for a job in until 5th July. The job would take less than 30 mins. V disappointing.

Had a slight gear problem went to halfords they quoted me 80 pound and i would have to collect 3 days later... so decided to try out this place the man fixed the problem within 5 minutes and best part charged me just 3 pound how halfords wanted 80 pound i dont know would recommend this small buisness compared to halfords who con customers.

They have been really informative and friendly. And after the fixed my bike they didn't even ask for money, can't really fault that! Highly recommended!

Had my bike tire exchanged and it broke after 2 days again - obviously can't be good quality service...

I will admit that I am a complete bike novice. So when I messed up my gears the weekend prior to a big bike event, I brought my bike to Bikeworks and asked that they fix my gears as well as do a general tune-up. They finished the bike work right before I had to leave for my race but assured me that the gears had been fixed and bike tuned up. I didn't have any time to test it prior to the race (totally on me, not on them) but didn't have any cause for concern.

Fast forward to the race when I discovered that the gears REALLY hadn't been fixed. While I should have tested the gears prior to the race, it was clear that Bikeworks hadn't addressed my gear problem at all. When I got back, I took my bike to another store where they told me that my cassette and chain needed to be replaced but that if I'd caught it earlier, I would have just needed a new chain.

I would have given them two stars in spite of that because the people in the store had been friendly enough, however, when I called to let them know about the gear issue, the guy who answered the phone apologized but didn't ask for my name, date of bike service, nothing, indicating that he actually didn't care at all and would not actually be checking to see what happened to lead to my bike not actually being serviced. That's fine for me as I'm not taking my bike there again but clearly they have no desire to actually fix their problem and run a good business. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Highly recommended. They just help me in a really fast work and cheap price.
