We are looking for an applicant who is 17years old and above to join us as a Food & Beverage Assistant for the upcoming Summer season. The role will be around 20hours per week.
You must be able to work weeknights, weekends and bank holidays. The role will suit someone with a bubbly personality who would thrive within a high energy team, providing great customer service. Experience preferable but not essential as training will be given.

NATIONAL FISH & CHIPS DAY!! We know the weather isn’t fabulous today, but pop in and enjoy the rest of your day with some GORGEOUS Fish & Chips, here at Billy’s!

We go there often and love it ,all the staff are fantastic the food is delicious and so is the atmosphere

We came to Billy Winters the first week it opened and fell in love it straight away. Quirky bar/restaurant set up in a porter cabin right on the beachfront over-looking the kite surfing. Fantastic food served in a down to earth way, cocktails to die for - try the Amaretto Sour! We come back a few times a year and as it's expanded it's managed to get better without losing its appeal. The addition of the good toilets was welcome. Top chefs came originally from the awesome crab house cafe I believe - not sure if it's still the case but food still excellent. Great venue come rain or shine - sit out on the beach in the summer or snuggle inside during winter - I love the seats that line the window so you can watch the water sports whilst you eat.

I run a holiday home and always recommend this place to guests and so far only had good reports back.

Total perfection, I didn’t want to leave! We made a mission to head here for coffee and breakfast this morning and weren’t disappointed. The service was impeccable, the staff super friendly. I was provided with a gluten free version of one of the breakfasts on the menu -which was divine and the chef even checked which herbs and spices I would like it cooked with. Very dog friendly and with coffee and those surroundings what else do you need � Thankyou!

Took our 6 kids here today for lunch after Portland Castle. They loved it! Most of us had seafood but we have a couple who aren’t keen so they had pizza! All was lovely food and I had a lovely Mojito. Can’t beat sitting outside by the sea! Will definitely be back when we are back in the area!

Great views and friendly staff. Had opportunity to try Crab house gin beautifully served with a juniper berry peppercorn and lime ice bomb. On a warm sunny day beat place to be.

Good location and environment. The best place for Watersports. Beach is clean. On a good day, this’s somewhere people will go to for a leisurely time. Plus, Billy winters cafe serves delicious food and drinks. Excellent!

Gluten free beer, Moules frites and a relaxed vibe. Couldn’t be happier. Love this place.

First time I have been to Billy Winters and was pleasantly surprised, There were some nice different things on the menu to try, The staff were very pleasant and looked happy in their work they also looked casual but smart, all in a very good experience will return

Fabulous location. Great food. Had the scallop linguine which was delicious and watched all the people on the harbour learning to windsurf, kayak groups on outings and the kite surfers. Wish I hadn’t been driving then I could have sampled the cocktails and ciders. Will definitely revisit.

Amazing breakfast baps, crispy bacon and egg cooked exactly as requested. Gluten free bun also amazing!

Absolutely loved it, the fresh grilled sardines and salad were the perfect dinner to enjoy whilst sitting outside at a rustic table and bench, drinking cold cider and enjoying the most fabulous view across the harbour as the sun went down.

Food - excellent, service - excellent, prices - extremely reasonable (I queried my bill as I thought I had been undercharged!!) Parking - plentiful when we were there but possibly gets more difficult when all the beach people are out, bathroom facilities - lovely bright, clean and interesting decor, opening hours - most sociable (check the website) Absolutely recommend this place, it's very informal but the fresh fish dishes served give it class......oh and did I mention the cake? Watermelon cake.....looked very bright and a little garish but the flavour was superb. Billy Winters is kinda like the Crab House's mischievous little brother.

Visited Billy Winters Diner for the first time after seeing lots of positive reviews. Must say it lived up to expectations. Great vibe on a sunny evening, looking out to wonderful views. The menu had a reasonable range of diner reflected, locally sourced products. We had the scallop linguine to die for. So fresh and tasty. The battered catch of the day... delicious and salt and pepper squid rings very scrummy. Good range of beers and wines and service with a smile from friendly staff. Definitely back soon.
