Biodome Systems was founded by Jamie Clarke with help from The Princes Trust in 2014 and has grown ever since. We primarily work in the education sector delivering geodesic domes with integrated food growing systems that provide the following: - A low cost outdoor classroom- A highly efficient automated hydroponic food growing system- An off-grid solar powered system- Beautiful and inspiring structures- Alignment with all curriculums from KS1-KS4 - STEAM focused learning environmentWe use both standard designs and can work with clients to provide custom systems and setups with application in a number of fields outside of education from agri-tech to mental health. Biodome Systems is growing by bringing in skills from the engineering, construction and digital sectors to grow the business's ability to provide complex and well engineered solutions that have high efficiency and can be installed rapidly on site. We have a proven track record working in the public sector and have built up a wealth of knowledge in the previous 4 years of operation as an SME. We are looking to spread our products as well as our ethos to ensure that we can produce food locally, whilst providing outstanding spaces that inspire people to love where their food comes from. We have experience in hydroponics, aquaculture and aeroponics and are trying to bring these modern farming techniques into the common marketplace by teach children from a young age of the processes and advantages of applying science to agriculture.
