Is everybody getting their gardens ready?

Well done everybody that attended the open day.

Hi all, Our Open Day will be on the 17th August from 10am till 4pm on the communal Area (bottom gate) We want plenty to do for the children, at the moment we have Face Painting Toy Stalls a Raffle and Hook a duck for the kids and a BBQ and Vedge Stalls planned. But because money is tight we are relying on donations and help on the day. We need: Sausages, Burgers and Cobs for the BBQ We need items for the raffle anything will do. We need sweets chocolate, soft drinks ,Teddy’s ..., toys , puzzles and games ect for the Children’s stalls and tombola prizes. Please if you could help with some donations that would be fantastic. If you can help with any of the activities that would be great too. Remember it is in our own interest to keep our expenditure down, nobody would like it I’m sure if we would have to raise the rent. The open day is designed to attract new member’s .we want to keep the kids happy while the parents look around and talk to us about renting a plot. If you have any other ideas what we could do on the day please let me know. If you can let me know by the 1st August what you can donate and / or what you can do to help that would be great.
