We moved away from Loughton 18 years ago, but Bird + Fairley remained our family opticians. Now and again some of us tried Specsavers and their ilk, but in the end, quality won out and we returned to the people who did the best for and by us.
We are moving to the North of England, but I am seriously considering retaining my relationship with this wonderful practice.
