We are now CLOSED for our annual holiday until Tuesday 25th March . All our chefs have gone home to the Far East to visit family , we will see everyone very soon .

Just to let everyone know we have closed for our annual holiday. All our chefs have gone home to the Far East to visit family. We will re-open Tuesday 26th march, normal hours... We look forward in seeing everyone soon!

Took a while for the starters to arrive but the food was worth waiting for! We had set meal C for two people; loads of food! 😊

Our second visit to the Bird's Nest and every bit as good as the first time. Excellent, friendly service and very good and plentiful dishes. Perfect.

Just found out that Birds Nest can cater for Coeliac Diet. WHAT a find!. Staff courteous, Friendly, and carry a confident response to Dietary requirements (Very important to customer). Only tried Take Away so far, but will be visiting Restaurant soon. Best Wishes to all at the Bird's Nest for Christmas and a prosperous 2015

Had a takeaway last night and was really impressed with the food lovely and tasty and so many different meals on the menu

Great food, freshly prepared on the premises and nearly a full menu for gluten free. Highly recommended!

Bird's Nest, Tavistock has the best Gluten Free takeaway. It's so good to come across a Restaurant that looks after Ceoliacs!

Having read mixed reviews we were very pleased with our meal. Ample, tasty, hot, and served with no delays. Pleasant service in good surroundings. Would recommend the Bass.

This is the second time now that they have got our take away order wrong. They write it down at the time of booking, re-read it back to you and re check the order in front of you. Yet when you get it home it is still wrong!!! What you get in return is a non meant 'sorry'

Not good enough I am afraid. It cost enough and should be right. How can it be check three times and still be incorrect is beyond me!!! Not impressed!

It now just another run of the mill Chinese with seating upstairs. Last time we had a takeaway it wasn't that nice and is a bit more expensive than others around, so we have swapped.

Good service and presentation but food pretty average - someone pinched the bllack bean from the blackbean sauce :(

Walked in to place a order to takeaway, and to be told, sorry restaurant is full and no takeaways tonight we are too busy ! And no service at all ... What a joke !

Ordered tofu curry and it's the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. The customer service is shocking. No offer to resolve after spending £45 on my families meal

l would not recommend vegetarians choose this option.

Just ordered a takeaway and it was so poor that I'll never use it again I'll go somewhere else where they cook prooper Chinese food and not crap
