Birmingham And Solihull Counselling

A counselling service for adults and young people aged 11 + . With over 10 years experience I offer therapy to individuals in Birmingham and Solihull.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2008 and have been working with adults and teenagers ever since both 1: 1 and in groups.
My main focus at the moment is the KALMind course which is a programme I have written myself that incorporates Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Positive Psychology. The course will benefit anyone that wants to learn coping srategies to manage stress as well as those that struggle with anxiety, depression and sleep disturbance.
I also run weekly meditations for anyone interested in relaxing mindful meditations in a supportive group environment.
