Definitely 5 star. Offered £130 in Aylesbury for my silver coins. Bit hesitant to do things by mail order but went ahead. Two days after posting received phone call offering me £182. Accepted and funds in my account next day. Excellent service does exactly what web site outlines. Highly recommended.

States on here that they buy non-silver/ gold coins, but this is not the case. Please get your advert up to date and stop wasting peoples tine. Also the 1025g of 50% Ag coins I had they valued at £159.46 on the same day I got £175 from a dealer on Melton Market for the same coins. Not as good as they think they are.

The value was shown on your calculator. As OF 15:47 HRS 5/5/17 £154.90p according to your own calculator not 166.39 as your reply says and I DO understand that the price changes on a minute by minute basis, yes I did use the company phone but I was in my office which is away from reception and was only made aware of your call back when I went to reception after finishing my work.

Since there is no way to send the BSC an email, I am using this forum in the hope of contacting them, and receiving a reply.

I'm writing you today in the hopes of obtaining your help. Recently I bought a Birmingham Silver over Copper complete Tea/Coffee Service Set including a very large serving tray. When the tray was delivered to my home today, I noticed the left handle on the tray had broken off. It appears that the tray is Silver on Pewter, but no matter it's make up, I'd like to get it fixed. I took it to a local welding company and they attempted to "spot weld it", but it did not work. Please let me know if there is any chance of this tray being fixed if I were to send it to you, or perhaps you can make suggestions as to who I could take it to here in the States to get it repaired. I bought this set as a gift for my parents and time is of the essence. Please contact me as soon as possible. I thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your reply.
