Went to buy a new Gecko and was really pleased with how friendly and knowledgable all the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing Aladdin's cave for the reptile enthusiast.

Visited today to buy our first Royal Python. Nothing was too much effort for the staff who explained everything we needed to know in great detail (we had spent a few weeks gaining as much know how as we could, but nothing is as good as expert knowledge) and covered everything we were unsure of. We were put under no pressure to buy and given options on everything possible. The care of the animals both on and off the shop floor was brilliant. We're now home...set up and our little Pastave is happy and settled. Thank you very much for such excellent and friendly service. We'll be back to you for everything we need...well worth the one and a half round trip. Highly recommend!

The staff are always helpful and can always answer any queries I may have regarding my snake, put my snake in boarding twice here now I'm happy to leave him as i know he will be well looked after.

Superb shop ! I've been buying Tarantulas from here for over a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else ! Great selection and knowledge also very reasonable on prices, well worth the 1 hour travel �

Small shop but dont let that put you off, friendly staff, some very nice reptiles in stock and a good selection of equipment, I didnt buy anything myself on this visit but I was listening to the staff talking to a customer, they have a lot of knowledge and time to help, well worth a visit.

Live food is good value for money compared to the big companies. The shop is laid out really well and is well organised with friendly, knowledge able staff. We have found the only place in Birmingham to get our Bearded Dragon 🐲 food from. Thanks guys 😊

Just got a beautiful avicularia versicolor (martinique pink toe) which I ordered yesterday and it came at 12.30pm today perfectly boxed with heat pad. Thanks to Chris at Birmingham reptiles.

If your thinking about owning a reptile this is the place to go! ALL the staff are friendly and super helpful! If it’s your first time in a long time owning a reptile like me it can be abit daunting but with their advise and support it’s been great! Defiantly recommend visiting this shop if your interested!

Had a bearded dragon didn't know a lot about them,spoke to staff there bring it down we will check it over for you nothing was to much trouble,gave great advice would recommend to any one get all my stuff from there now

Brought our latest tarantula from these guys today... so helpful, friendly and knowledge. The staff were great with my kids letting them help out with feeding the beardies.... fantastic place :)

Ace all the way..... being a man I'm not in to shops...lol....but this place is just great, the staff were great the animal's were in mint condition and the vivariums gleamed. ..cannot wait to go back ...thanks for a great buying experience ...and buying with confidence that nothing it to much trouble cheers Kev
