Use a birthing ball to get baby into the best position for birth.
Optimal fetal positioning is where the baby is head down with its spine down your abdomen. If your baby is breech or posterior/back to back, then spend as much time as you can leaning over the ball whilst kneeling. With your bump hanging down, you are giving baby more space to move into a new position. Rock gently from side to side and backwards & forwards.

Would recommend, cheapest place I found to hire, arrived quickly, supply you with brand new batteries and pads. Easy to use. Used throughout my early stages of labour along with just paracetamol until the birth pool. Really easy to send back again.

Very pleased with the service. Machine arrived on time and sat there in the box for a month as baby was late! I ended up being induced on a drip and I began using the tens when the contractions kicked in. I managed to get to full dilation using only the machine and gas and air so I was extremely happy with this. Only took it off as I ended up with an emergency section but I used the machine all the way to theatre! Very pleased.

Ordered a TENS machine to hire from here as it was the cheapest deal I could find online. From my initial order, they communicated well with me, sent the TENS machine out in good time and it includes a pre-paid return envelope so there are no future hidden costs to worry about. They confirmed return of the machine promptly too. I have already recommended TENS for labour as well as this company to pregnant and planning-to-conceive friends! Would definitely use again.

It was a fantastic service, I ordered the tens machine on the Wednesday morning thinking I had 3 weeks until my due date.. but thankfully it arrived first thing on Thursday morning and I used it that very night! It was very easy to follow the instructions seeing as we didn't get a practise run with it. Then It was so easy to return in the SAE provided. Would definitely recommend this company:)

I would highly recommend this service, website and machine really easy to use arrived quickly and easy to return. The tens machine was so useful in labour. I was induced and the midwife was a bit sceptical about how well it would work during an induction but I started using the tens when I started to get pain and found it was a very useful pain relief. I did combine the use of the tens machine with the use of gas and air and felt this was very effective. I used the tens machine right through to the point of delivery.

I ordered a birthing ball and hired a TENS machine for labour. Service was excellent and it's a really nice site for expectant mums.

The TENS was great for mild to moderate pain relief and the batteries lasted for ages! I would definitely use this site again and highly recommend their products😊

I found Birthease by chance when searching for affordable TENS hire machines. I ordered mine in between Christmas and New Year and even though it was the holidays, I received the machine within 4 days. The price and service is fantastic. I found the TENS machine really helpful during my labour. I would definitely recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Birth-Ease enough, the delivery was very quick as I was over 37 weeks when I ordered it. The product itself (Elle TENs machine) was fantastic and I used it all through my labour, I was amazed at how much it helped me cope through each contraction. The product was also very easy to send back. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Will recommend to all my pregnant friends.

Great service and price. Found the service and website easy to use. Used the tens for two days before and during full labour and found it great. Didn't use any pain relief and delivered my first baby naturally. Believe this helped me get through labour after poor care from the hospital. Would use again and recommend to friends.

Excellent TENS machine hire service at an extremely reasonable price. Pack arrived within 48h of ordering, and looked brand new. Instructions were clear regarding electrode positioning and how to operate the control unit. I personally found it gave me very good pain relief - it was my first baby and I managed to labour at home until I was 7cm dilated.
