I offer courses for expectant parents looking to achieve a calm and gentle birthing experience through the Marie Mongan method of HypnoBirthing.

I'm Donna, a HypnoBirthing mum with a passion for pregnancy, labour and birth.

I practised HypnoBirthing during my pregnancy and birth and truly believe it's the key to women achieving a calm and enjoyable birthing experience.

Through the course, I will help to dispel the unhelpful negative thoughts and feelings surrounding childbirth and teach you the techniques and philosophy of HypnoBirthing, ultimately to empower you to be in control of your birthing experience.
