Birth You In Love is a creative and informative platform helping parents-to-be prepare for and achieve calm, positive, safe and empowering birth experience. I am now working virtually to help my clients have the best possible birth experience.

Birth You In Love is about helping women understand how to take control of their baby's births so they can have a positive experience.

I aim to share how women can create their own calm birth experiences so they can start parenthood feeling strong and empowered.

As more hospitals embrace KGHypnobirthing and more midwives are trained, we will see more and more women enjoying the incredible benefits.

I'm Kati Edwards. I'm a fully qualified KG hypnobirthing teacher, doula positive birth campaigner, leading conference speaker and birth spoken word artist and the founder of Birth You In Love.

The birth of my second child featured on the seminal BBC1 birth education documentary "Childbirth All or Nothing". It's still available on YouTube so, if you're interested in how to create a positive birth experience, maybe you can watch it?

I am also on the KG Hypnobirthing Training team, so I teach midwives, doulas and other birthworkers how to teach KG Hypnobirthing and use it in their practice.

I took part in the BBC1 documentary because I wanted to highlight to a mainstream audience that birth can be prepared for and show that you are far more likely to have a better experience if you are equipped with the mental tools you need and that the environment in which you give birth in is very important.

It's not just about your body’s ability to birth your baby. It’s your mind too.

You need to be well informed and be able to access a deep level of relaxation so your innate wisdom can take over and birth your baby naturally and comfortably.
