Birthlight

Original training programme and set of body-based practices and educational materials to support health professionals, alternative practitioners and parents and promote continuity of care from conception to year 3. We work with the concept of Primal Continuum -the critical first 1000days- following the latest research in pregnancy research, neuroscience research and infant development. Birthlight is linked to the University of Cambridge through its founder Dr Francoise Freedman. We deliver single or combined trainings, non-residential or residential, in house or in venues. Our courses are accredited with Yoga, Midwifery and Swimming Associations, national and international. Our courses are reasonably priced and we offer quality follow up, from Birthlight qualified instructor to Birthlight Practitioner. Birthlight has a 19 strong experienced tutor team who can deliver courses all over the world using interpreters in a friendly efficient format.
