Antenatal classes do make a difference!
Research shows that women who have attended antenatal classes cope far better with the labour and birth process than those who haven’t.
Although nothing can truly prepare you for birth and your baby's arrival, BirthOptions classes are a great place to start.
We present our sessions in a comfortable and relaxing environment, and group sizes are a maximum of 8 couples, so we can offer a personalised service to meet your individual needs.
