Paul surveyed the house, explained all the options and issued a competitive boiler installation quote. No hard sell. His years of experience was plain to see.

Antonio and Harry the installers arrived on time, were respectful in the house (shoes off/coverings down) and did a great job despite a few challenges an older house can bring. Antonio clearly takes pride in his work and worked solidly for 2 days. A true craftsman.

Kelly in the office was a pleasure to speak too and answered any queries straightaway.

Despite some our family needing a break and having to cancel the initial date, the team were flexible and ready to book another date when we were ready. The guys who came to install were pleasant and we were willing to explain parts of the job too.

The engineers from Bishop Plumbing showed up as scehduled and did a very good job. Really professional. What I wanted wasn't a straight boiler replacement but Paul came up with a great solution which we went for. It was all done according to plan and before they left they also made sure they had done everything to my satsifaction.

The system boiler hot water cylinder is leaking and is looking for a combi boiler replacement. Contact Bishop Plumbing and Heating by using the online request. Jeni call me back and arrange for the home survey and quotation by Paul. Paul arrived on the day and let me have a very detail explanation and the job details. I finally accepted the quotation and per-booked the installation on coming Tuesday 19/4 and Wednesday, 20/4. Jeni is was helpful and guided me to complete the booking and solved out all my inquiry very efficiency. I am looking for the boiler delivery to my place in the afternoon today and looking for the installing on the new boiler and remove the leaking cylinder by next week. At this stage, I am happy to the service which provided by Bishop Plumbing and Heating Ltd. especially to Jeni. Thanks to her efforts and assisting. I will write again after the installation next week.
Updating:
Paul (the boss), Antonio (the engineer) and his helper Harry turned up at about 8:30 am on 19/04 as scheduled. Alan (the other engineer) joined the team in the mid-afternoon. They worked very well together and finished the 2 days scheduled job to 1 day, very good workmanship, always made sure the place was cleaned before they left for the day. Paul and Antonio were experienced and knew what they were doing, always patient to answer any queries. The installation engineers were very professional and helpful. Very happy with the work and outcome. The new system is working really well and I feel very assured by the on-going customer support. Based on this I joined a boiler service plan with Bishop Plumbing and Heating Ltd to carry out future annual boiler service.

Both the engineer’s team (Paul, Antonio, Alan and Harry) and the office team (Jeni and Kelly) are polite, friendly and respectful. In general, I would recommend Bishops Plumbing and Heating Ltd to everyone.
