This page is about Bistro les Chats. A classic French Bistro established in Swindon in October 2010 by Shareen Campbell and Phil Saunter. Bistro les Chats serves authentic French cuisine from a seasonal menu which changes monthly and is produced from locally sourced fresh ingredients or imported French ingredients where appropriate. (butter, cheese, charcuterie). Wines, beers and ciders are exclusively French (apart from Kronenbourg 1664 brewed under licence in the UK). We also offer an extensive range of French aperitifs and degestifs. Bistro les Chats is a little sister venue to Los Gatos, a Spanish Tapas Bar and Cafe established by Shareen and Phil in April 2006 which operates from adjacent premises at 23 Wood Street.
