Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of choice of both fresh and salt water fish. Again any questions about anything here the staff are happy to help.

Was given very bad advice on filter media. I can't trust these as my local fish supplier.

Bit O Blue - I would recommend this shop to everyone. The staff are helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
I have recently acquired a marine tank and have been backwards and forwards to the shop on a regular basis for help and advice, which has been given in a positive and friendly manner every time.

Spent hundreds of pounds in bit of blue and every time I've been in to buy anything the custom has got worse each time. Short and sharp which when your bringing money and custom to there shop is terrible. Very clued up about fish but as for running a business I'd advise for them to change there ways before its too late. I for sure will not spend another penny here and couldn't recommend any 1 to try it out. Once bitten....... twice shy.
