Bitc Diversity

We are the gender and race campaigns of Business in the Community working to progress women and BAME people /groups in the workplace.

BITC Diversity incorporates both Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity, the gender and race programmes from Business in the Community. Campaigning for inclusive and equal workplaces irrespective of gender or race, the diversity campaigns have in excess of 200 members from the private, public and education sectors.
