40ml TANQUERAY SEVILLA 25ml BECHEROVKA 25ml BECHEROVKA CORDIAL... 12,5ml FALERNUM 12,5ml AGÁVE SYRUP 25ml FRESH GRAPEFRUIT 50ml tonic infused water with dried mint, cinnamon and honey. Dash of egg white Served with water on the side and straw made from glass.

I created this cocktail with BECHEROVKA & BECHEROVKA CORDIAL - traditional Czech herbs liqueur made in lovely city Karlovy Vary. Using over 20 kinds of herbs and spices Jan Becher created this fantastic spirit.
Why do I like BECHEROVKA? Because there is a reason why someone called it the,, 13th healing spring''. Always when i used to have bellyache, there was a bit of BECHEROVKA in our fridge that helped to get well!

I was inspired by the Czech national cocktail - BETON, Czech national tree called Linden and by my memories and adventures.''
