Over the summer period, we have had numerous carp out, weighing just shy of 20lbs! However these are not the carp that we put in two years ago, weighing 20lbs then. Sights of large carp have been seen, but not landed as of yet 😉

Once again a busy day at the lake. Fishing really well. We’ve not had a quite day all year!

I would like to give a tip, to the person who felt it’s ok the litter the lake with their home waste.... if u recycle, then u will have less rubbish.

What a day yesterday.... Almost every child managed to catch during the daytime sessions, most cannot wait to go fishing again!! A well organised day by the one and only Adrian Smith from Windmill Leisure!! Then it was back home for another coaching session and a massive breakthrough when the child says fishing is better than his new xbox game, even better when mum gets involved too. HUGE thanks to Jordan Dicks and Bristol Angling Centre as always! Rod Poole and HN Barnsey ...we could have done it without you. So after talking to my lovely customers today, I am happy to report that the lake is fishing rather well, over 60 fish 🤪crazy! We have worked hard at this venue, and now this year in its beauty, it’s all paying off 🎣

Lovely lake to fish & the owners are very polite me & the wife had 36 runs on Wednesday between us i had 16 out wife had 12 out i lost 2 wife lost 6 cracking sport looking forward to fishing it again

Great fishery for all abilities, plenty of rod bending action throughout the year and available close to Bristol. On site bait company also available!!

Fished this lake last year for the first time , were told various story's about this lake ! No true ! Not the biggest fish around, but good sport ! Fish were in good nick ! Roll on this season ! All the best this season to all the staff. Tight lines.

Walked round lake today...very impressed...will b fishing the lake very soon with 7 yearold daughter cant wait

A lovely day relaxing, no drams of swans or ducks and a nice carp as well. Perfect

A big lake where you can fish. You can sit there and watch ducks quack around.

Nice lake for kids and pleasure fishing.Bit expensive no good for the serious carp fisherman.
