Bittunes is a digital music service where artists and fans discover, connect and earn together. Bittunes operates outside the structures of the music industry. Rather than trying to integrate with industry standards, or using ‘smart contracts’ to enforce them, we are building a smart network. It is a simple Blockchain based service that provides transparency and to those who actually want it, (the music industry doesn't), and provides a ton of useful features for indie artists. With users in more than 90 Countries we are creating a global solution that simplifies music distribution and puts power back in the hands of Artists and their fans. The platform uses bitcoin as its primary currency, and both Artists and music buyers earn bitcoin automatically as part of the platform’s buying /distribution process. Although the community is relatively small, it operates as ‘One Global Marketplace’ for Music. . with ‘One Currency’ and uses only ‘One Rights Framework’.
