We want to get to know you, what you do and how you do it, once we know this we can look at what you want to achieve and how we can maximise performance to achieve it. Increasing performance on any level can be a complex and in-depth task, looking at the process, teams and individuals involved and how day to day tasks are approached and handled. We can deliver tailored professional coaching courses designed to meet your needs or interactive facilitating workshops for all levels of staff which will educate and enable them to analyse their own performance, identify ways to overcome everyday work stresses and become more productive at work. Our senior leadership team has worked with numerous premiership and RABO 12 Rugby Clubs including London Welsh RUFC, Llanelli (Scarlets) RUFC, Neath RUFC and Exeter Chiefs RUFC as well as delivering workshops to England Rugby Union, England Rugby League U18's, the Gibraltar Rugby Business Network and the international referee contingent pre 2015 Rugby World Cup and worked with the management team for England pre 2012 Olympic rowing and England national football team. Most recently we have delivered coaching & leadership workshops to the International Wine Consortium, HSBC International Banking and the London Fire Brigade.
