Still very busy here but i can honestly say we have all really enjoyed the hectic summer months. We have a new member of staff called Tiff who has now successfully completed her first, and I'm sure she would agree, very busy month!

Such a great facility. The staff are so friendly and caring for our 3 cats. They remember who they are when every we call up to book them in.

They always come back groomed and having seemed to have a great time.

Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place for their cat (and based on my feline experiences dog too)

This place was fantastic at fitting in our Hugo in last minute, he come back looking glossy and happy and not under weight... don't think he wanted to come home ��lovely place, will deffinately use again in the future ! �Hugo says 5* and can't wait to come back !

The service you guys provided has been excellent! Everyone was very friendly and also genuine animal lovers. Thank you for looking after my boys ( kittens) Bert and Ernie ...after having such a bad experience in another place I was dreading ever going away on holiday again but the boys have come back bouncing and happy this evening which is such a relief! Definitely booking with you again!

Thank you so much for looking after Mackintosh whilst we're on holiday, he has come back a very happy boy and after his wash smelling lovely, you have to be the best kennels in the world, you truly love our boy when we are away. Fab pics of my eight year old boy giving it his all on the agility xx

Thank you guys soooo much for looking after Alfie for us he really enjoyed his stay there and has come home full of it, we were a little worried as he is only one and didn't want to leave him, but seeing the pictures and knowing we could ring and talk to guys helped us feel much better knowing he was being sooo well looked after when we go on holiday again we will be returning as Alfie enjoyed his time there he has come home full of beans, thank you again

Thank you for caring for our house cats, Marble and Zorro, for the week. They are 4 and had never been to a cattery before so I was worried but they were both clearly cared for really well. Very impressed with the facilities, service and amazing staff, will definitely book in again knowing they are happy and well looked after.

Never have a problem leaving Opal and Evie here as they are so well looked after. They have always come home happy and warm compared to other kennels where they have returned smelly and withdrawn. Thank you!

Lovely clean, well run kennels by very friendly staff who clearly love animals. Was very nervous about leaving Bailey and Denzel in kennels, but they're happy and so am I.

Ive always trusted my dogs' judgement and they dont trust people easily, so when the lovely guy from BJ Kennels came to collect Diesel today and he got so excited he couldnt jump in the car quick enough i know my pride and joy's in safe hands. All you hear are horror stories from kennels but i know my boys are safe and sound here and I wouldn't leave them with anyone else. Thank you everyone for the amazing work you do with Oscar, he's not easy but he's always well looked after. Can't thank you enough ��

I would like to say I have 3 cats and they have all been to BJs many times. One of my cats is disabled he is very small for his age, has a cyst on his brain, has a tremor, and has difficulty walking and balancing, his sight is minimal. He needs special attention and receives this from the excellent staff. He causes extra work for them finding using his litter tray difficult and being able to eat his food with support. I can not recommend them enough I fully trust them with George and would not go anywhere else.

I never thought we would ever be able to go on holiday as I didn't think we would find somewhere we were happy to leave our dogs. It is great not having to worry about them as I feel totally happy with them staying here and it's great to see photos of them having a ball at agility.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at these kennels. We were very worried about taking a rescue dog in that we had only had for a couple of weeks - but they did a fabulous job and really helped her socialise and settle in. I have no doubt that every single member of staff truly loves animals - they are all fantastic with them and clearly working in a field that they are passionate about. They couldn't have provided a better service to us and our dog Agnes. The animas get so much fuss and lots of exercise - the agility session they offer is fab and my mums dog Betty loves it too. If you are nervous about using kennels this is the one for you. Not your typical kennel service at all - would have no worries or guilt leaving an animal here - I think Agnes had a whale of a time and didn't want to leave!

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone here at BJ Kennels. We have recently relocated to the area and we have had previous poor experiences with kennels, so we were a little apprehensive. But thanks to my work colleague who passed on the recommendation...she was not wrong!!!



Everyone here clearly loves animals and go out of their way every time to welcome and settle Daisy in and are absolutely fantastic with her. Every paw at the kennels gets plenty of exercise, playtime and cuddles and with the option of the agility sessions it's even better!



Also Daisy has recently had her 1st ever nights stay and absolutely loved it, how could she not with the endless fuss, space, exercise, agility and heated flooring!



It's like a 5* doggy Ritz, can't recommend this place enough.

Friendly fantastic group of people and really get to know your pets. My one cat Trinnie doesn't like to leave there. They even took in our Guinea pigs who were really chilled out when we collected them, overall both cats are happy when they're there and Guinea pigs got plenty of attention. The staff get to know your pets even their peculiar ways and after a couple of weeks know your pets really well. Would definitely recommend them to others x

Fitz and Monty had one day in day care earlier November and just come back home from a two night sleepover. On each time they have participated in the agility and loved it. The kennels are clean and warm. Staff are wonderful and on all occasions Fitz and Monty have sulked about leaving to come home. Very happy dogs = very happy owners. Miss them when they aren't with us but don't worry as I know how well they are looked after at BJ Kennels, they love all the staff and have a wonderful time. Thoroughly recommend x

First day ever in kennels for Max and Paddy (12) and Poppy (1). There has been no sulking since arriving home so fair to say a complete success! The most important thing you do is give us nervous owners complete confidence and reassurance that our family members will be card for

Biffy, Pebbles and ( the late) Lilly love staying at BJ Kennels. Bif and Pebs have just returned from another stay. They are always super keen to get in there and embarrassingly reluctant to leave! The staff are lovely, so thoughtful and obviously have a genuine love for and knowledge of animals. Highly recommended.
