Nothing fancy just really nice home cooked food

Excellent meal as always

Went here for my Daughter's 30th Birthday Meal and had a very enjoyable meal. The chef even catered for my Daughter's partner who is a vegetarian with non meat gravy and veggie stuffing. Plentiful portions even though we had standard and small carvery.

Poor.

Great friendly pub.. bar staff are family run.. has tv for sports events prices not bad.. great night on Saturday with disco/karaoke with local dj.. don't know how someone says it's a dive as had loads of great times and they also do a room that you can have for party's and do a lovely Sunday roast on Sunday at a nice price.. even have a beer garden for people with kids would like to sit on a nice sunny day..

Entertainment throughout the week, with a large screen for the football, and sure enough, can be a bit noisy when it's busy, but then again, if you went in the "other side" you will find a much nicer peaceful room for the conversations, best of both worlds if you ask me!
