Our ethos is simple: games are part of the entertainment industry, and as such, audience experience comes first. Our funny games will make people laugh. Our intense games will make hearts palpitate. Art is all about emotional effect, regardless of genre, or type of impact. All that matters is that the impact is strong. Present projects include. . . Roald's Adventure: a story-driven adventure game designed to be enjoyed by parents playing with their children. Super Canary: a bullet stormer designed to be a lark. This game is elegantly simple fun that should make most gamers chuckle at least. Hunter XL: a satire making fun of 90s drug PSAs, and the irrational fears that inspired them. We love this concept, and can't work on it for five minutes without laughing. On top of all that, we run a narrative design consultancy. Present clients include Very Good Friend Ltd, and Sponge Hammer Games Ltd. We will start work with Atmos VR on the 2nd of March, and are presently branching out into gamification for educational companies, including several London business schools. This side of the business is growing fast, and we have half a dozen best selling, awarded and lauded writers of books, films and essays ready to join the ranks of the games industry. Our Creative Director coaches them in the subtle differences between books and Narrative Design, but we have already proven to everyone who has worked with us that masters of narrative have tremendous skills to offer this industry, and I dare say advance it from its adolescent phase. Feedback has always been that people love our game concepts, but we must prove ourselves with a release before we can attract a major investor. This only encouraged us to think outside the box, and now almost 50 talented individuals work with us part time out of dauntless passion. We have been sponsored by the Combined Midlands Authority and Creative England to level up our business, and we are growing swiftly by the day.
