Black Hand Wine

Honest wine, beer and spirits personally selected and sold by a friendly trained winemaker. Main focus is on organic, biodynamic, low and no added sulfite wines, including many I make myself with my friend and fellow oenologist Romain Chapuis in Burgundy.

Real wine, spirits and beer chosen and sold by a trained winemaker and grapegrower with 15 + years' experience in NZ, France and N. Spain.

Particular focus on organic and biodynamic wines, plus a few 'no added sulphite' wines to boot, but the only criteria for any wine to be stocked is that it is honest and I like it. I also sell the odd wine I make over in Burgundy every year.

Prices start from £7 and although I charge for the wine, the knowledge comes free. . . please feel free to ask any questions you like about wine, wine making, food matching and more when you come to the shop.
