Black Slab Description
Black Slab is Redcars only dealer of quality used vinyl. We pride ourselves on our passion for all genres of music and work tirelessly to appeal to all ears and tastes.
Fashion is also another great passion for all at Black Slab and we deal in Menswear and footwear. We offer a great selection of Relco items, a brand and design that was popular in the 60's and amongst the Mod and skin Scene. We also stock quality used and vintage items with brands ranging from Lee and Wrangler. We also stock unbranded items such as Kaftans that have been sourced from international wholesalers.
We have a wide selection of Army surplus clothing, including the typical camo designs to the simple Khaki items.
Our footwear styles include traditional brogues, tassle loafers, moccassins, desert boots, brogue dealer boots to the assault boot.
To compliment all the above styles we stock a wide selection of Kerchiefs and Tootle and Sammy style scarves.
Last but certainly not least, we have a wide selection of framed and unframed Pop Art. But more importantly, alot of our Art on sale is limited edition and signed by the artist

Went in the shop today & bought a top,great shop,great service ���
Went in and met the boss Mark and assistant Levi very friendly and helpful a pleasure to go in and browse even bought an old record from an amazing collection of vinyl and the clothes and shoes are class and reasonable prices, will be going in regularly now, thanks Mark and Levi for a friendly welcome and it's just what Redcar needs and the Northern Quarter of Redcar is buzzing now.
Visited today with the kids, great little shop packed with really cool different stuff, just what Redcar needed. Currently listening to our new Beatles record :-) happy days, will definitely be a returning customer.
This is just what Redcar needs, a great range of vinyl to suit everyone's tastes and some great clothes at very reasonable prices. Must also give praise to the actual shop, some hard work has gone into this and it's paid off, you could easily think you're in a trendy fashion shop in Camden Town. Well done all involved.

Popped over the slab today for a browse, reminded me of my younger years. Had a good browse through the vinyl and picked up a pressie for the Mrs.
Can see the hard work and effort thats been put into it and surprisingly the prices are really really good.
Top place will be visiting again.

My favourite shop perfect for me with loving the vinyl getting popular again and do love the clothing could bye something everytime i go in even when i don't need anything. You can look at your leisure without hassle and nice friendly atmosphere and you can also have a good chat also if you like to recommend everyone to check this place out love it
I went into the redcar store today and received lovely service wasnt jumped on or rushed the shop has a fab atmosphere brings something different to redcar and the owner that served me was so lovely to myself and my daughter...fantastic range of clothing footwear and a fab mix of vinyls..will be back �

Great shop. Love it. Excellent selection whether you want records or decent mens clothes. Staff are sound. No rush, no hassle. Just there when you want them. Loving the new extension too! More records to choose from. Maybe a small space for women's clothes too�
