Heavy sparring, multiple times a week, not a great idea. Most sparring should be technical sparring. A chance to get your timing right and refine your techniques against a moving target.

Last nights free youth class taken by UKFC Featherweight champ Corey Fry. Blackburn Predators giving back to the community by providing 3 free classes every week for 12-17 year olds. Get kids off the streets and into something positive. Let any young person you know who might benefit from our training program.
Competition time at the gym💪. Looking for the best time on the concept ski machine for 500m. Prize awarded to the winner. Tag anyone to give it a go. Also:
-Protein bars given out to anyone who beats my time 1m 40sec.
-Punishments handed out for not beating my time 🤔
Any lifelong martial artist should be very proud of this. The mental toughness it takes to keep training even during tough times that come up in life, separates you from the rest 💯
