Loving the new Tuesday night class! The right mixture of seated and standing poses, I have been searching for a new class for over a year and this is almost perfection.
Love Chrisi's classes - after many attempts to find the perfect yoga classes, these are the ones that my husband and I thoroughly enjoy. Chrisi is nice, attentive and has a good energy around her. We definitely recommend.
