Station it's ok but the staff completely Rubbish no idea how they've got hierd.

Customer service is awful, they don't know what they do and sometimes they look at people asking questions as they are def. But nevermind, I asked two days ago for a defibrillator as a man at the bus stop had an heart attack, they have none, they called Walthamstow then they left me there with the man. You guys must have a defibrillator. Do something.

Rubbish and horrible tube station

very bad customer service and racist lady working in your station. Sunday 21.2.16 I came that time oyster card saner not working all I asked her she was very rude at me then I checked my oyster card they took £5.80 in my oyster they told me comeback tomorrow i went today they told me they cant do it call the customer service why the should tell that on Sunday they waste my time.
