Well this is the absolute opposite of Christmas Spirit. Bring back Betty and Geoff in time for Christmas!
'We would really rather you didn't steal our lovely pet portrait pictures. That's 2 gone now. Geoff the Alsation (oil on board) and Betty the King Charles spannel (framed cross-stitch) have been taken from us.

Last minute Christmas shoppers assemble!

We've teamed up with Chester Beer and Wine for an evening of beer tasting with Bryony from Blackjack (plus a buffet, because we encourage responsible drinking...). Try 6 different Blackjack Beers, ask all the questions you like (Bryony will try and answer most of them), and help us see off the Blackjack Tryanuary Tour.
Tickets are available from Chester Beer and Wines and double up as both a treat for yourself, and a lovely Christmas present for someone else!

'We’ve been working hard at the Brewery to bring you all kinds of delightful, delectable brews for over the next couple of months, however, this does mean we’re getting a little tig...ht on space. What we really want to be doing is concentrating on the new stuff, and to do that, we need to have a little spring clean of our warehouse. We’ve put together a load of mixed cases with a great range of stuff, from sours to barrel aged wonders, there’s a bit of everything in there. We’re also offering them out to the public for a pretty cracking price. Fifteen squiddlies for a case of 18 beers. Ready and waiting for you to pick up from the Brewery just in time to stock up your fridge for Christmas.
We’re opening up the brewery doors for you to come and grab a case this Wednesday, from 9am until 5pm. We can take cash or card, all you need to do is just drop us a message on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or to bryony@blackjack-beers.com letting us know how many cases you would like and roughly what time you will be picking up.

Two birds one stone. Beatnikz Republic (may) still have some super tasty Omnipollo beers on from their tap takeover last night, and you can get your entire Christmas shop sorted without leaving the bar. By that we mean just buy you and all your mates tickets for this and you're sorted! Hurrah.

Join us at The Sportsman in Huddersfield where we take over the taps with 12 delicious Blackjack delights. In true Tryanuary spirit, we're going to attempt to get you lot out of your comfort zone, so all the pump clips are going to give away about any of the beers is what strength they are. None of this 'I don't like this,' or 'Imma have this 'cos it's my favourite hop.' We'll only tell you what it is you're drinking after you've formed your opinion on it.
Bryony from Blackjack will be propping up the bar, ready to join you for a beer and a chat if you so wish. She can be semi good company once she's got a couple of pints down her.

We're heading over to The Horse and Plough, Bingham, to kick off the Blackjack Tryanuary Tour. This one is going to be a goody, whatever your food preference, but if you do happen to be Vegan, this is the guy for you.
We've put our heads together to match 6 of our vegan beers, with 6 vegan small plates. Bryony from Blackjack will be there to give you a little spiel about the pairings, and chat more to you about our beers if you like. She's not all that though. The main thing... you want to be excited about is the foods and the booze.

Join us for an evening of traditional deep south dishes from Mama Sue's, paired with beers from yours truly, at Beatnikz Republic.

For those who haven't come across Mama Sue's, she's been cooking up a storm at the likes of Magic Rock, North Brew Co. and a number of other places that we now only deal wit...h good stuff, so you now this one is going to be a goody.

Well if it's the beer you like well that speaks for itself, a great range from pale ales right through to Impy Stouts, the monthly taps in the summer are the best & most welcoming of all places

Truly delicious beer, I tried it at Levenshulme market and was very impressed! Been after something just as tasty since, and not found it!

Spent great afternoon with family and friends at Blackjack's open day on August Bank Holiday weekend. I thought it always rained in Manchester but not that day! Warm and sunny. Lovely beers, large selection and friendly staff. Pizzas were excellent as well.

Excellent afternoon. The staff found us a bench and chairs inside as it was a bit chill and overcast when we arrived. Great choice of beers and friendly chat. Great music from the DJ. The food was bratwurst and chips. Very tasty, better than last bank holiday when it was very oily pizza. Sorry. Can't wait for August Bank holiday weekend.

Great place, excellent choice of beers I plumbed for the Siren and wasn’t disappointed full of flavour. Toilet facilities adequate for men not so much desirable for the girls.
