Blackpool Coastal Housing

Since 2007 we've been responsible for managing almost 5000 properties on Blackpool Council's behalf. Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is a wholly owned company set up by the Council to manage its social housing stock and provide related services to its tenant and leasehold customers.
